Rick James is the National Director of Publishing for Ratio Christi, which seeks to strengthen university students and faculty in their faith in Jesus Christ through apologetics.  Rick began ministry work in 1988 when he and his wife Katie joined the staff with Cru, where Rick served as Campus Director at Rutgers, and then as Regional Director in Cru's Mid-Atlantic states.  In 2001 he founded Cru Press– the publishing arm of Cru–and served as publisher until 2022.
